2007 is here!
Just want to wish everybody a Happy New Year! I am excited to see what the New Year is going to bring. God always goes beyond our expectations. I believe that a good way to start your New Year right is through prayer. Let us all be on our knees for the New Year and praying that God will begin to do a New Thing in our midst. Remember that we have prayer on Thursday Nights at the church. All revivals of the past have come through men and women on their knees. God moves when His people pray!

I feel God Calling me to step out of the box and get busy.
But I feel as though I need to get into some serious prayer. Like I need to get away and be alone with God in prayer. Have any suggestion for a get away?
Prayer Retreats are a great way to hear the voice of God. There are a lot of Christian environments out there that is designed just for that. I would do a google search on the internet. Any way you look at it, getting away for prayer is a great idea!
The AG Women's conference is coming up. I would encourage you to attend this event in Des Moines. It's like March 3 &4. Always powerful and you will definately hear the voice of God speak.
Thanks for the insight. But I am looking for some place to go and meditate solo.
Besides if it is womens confernce it might be alittle uncomfortable with one man there.
