40 Days

Today we launch our 40 Day spiritual renewal. I can't say enough about how excited I am to see what God is going to do in the next month as we focus in on Him. Yesterday I encouraged our church to fast one thing to the Lord and also read the entire New Testament in 40 Days. I know that God is going to stretch us in ways that we have never been stretched but I am excited to hear the testimonies of what God is going to do. I have heard of some of our people fasting television, some cigarettes and I even heard of someone fasting "MySpace" (that's interesting.) Whatever it is, I know God will bless as we intentionally seek after Him.
